This could really be any fruit cobbler, but I prefer peaches.

This was my first time making homemade peach cobbler. It was make from scratch with FRESH peaches, not canned peaches. After about half of the peaches, I finally figured out a better way to core the peaches...but that and pealing is are definitely messy jobs. Here is the finished product...


I can't wait to try it! Have to wait until tonight though because I'm taking it to a birthday party.
