Homemade Macaroni and cheese! First time from scratch. It was so delicious.

This is Bill (from Colorado) and Cristiano (from Italy). I met Bill while I was at the hospital getting my blood test. He's a very nice guy and talked to his friend that worked at a wine place and we were able to take a private tour. It was a lot of fun. Bill owns a Bed and Breakfast outside of Verona that he has invited me (and friends) to. I'm so excited to go sometime!

Also, I was finally able to get some Coriander (a.k.a. Cilantro) seeds...and here's the first growth. I am so excited. I can't wait until it's fully grown so I can make some homemade salsa! :)
