running will have to be put on hold for a little bit. I took an extra day to rest because I had a shin splint in my right leg, it's wasn't too bad so I wasn't really concerned. But a few days ago my knee started bothering me again and when Hannah and I were in Mantova yesterday, it got really bad. So, I will do physical therapy on my knee to strengthen it up and then continue (or start over) the couch to 5k running plan.
I don't think my knee hurting is related to running. I have been wearing my knee brace while running and actually haven't really ever had problems with my knee and running (on a treadmill at least). And it hasn't been hurting while running or after...I think it's just because of all the walking I have been doing, maybe the change in weather, and the fact that my knee is weak and needs to be strengthened. So, I'll let you know when I get started again. Until then, please pray for strengthening and healing of my knee. Thanks :)

Sorry to hear about the shin splint. Hope you get back to running soon. I'm getting read to start a couch to 5K running plan myself. Will be praying that your knee gets back to feeling better as well.
